Increasing Divergence: More or Less Reason for Exchange? September 2015
A discussion paper on the exchange of evidence across the UK, and whether since devolution, in 1999, the UK has begun to fulfil its potential to exchange and learn across the four jurisdictions.
The Alliance's Evidence Exchange project has been promoting the exchange of evidence supporting social policy and practice across the four UK jurisdictions. This paper is produced by the Evidence Exchange project and looks at some of of the factors standing in the way of the transfer of social policy learning across the UK, as well as the reasons why we want to continue to mobilise exchange between the jurisdictions.
