What is good evidence? Standards, kitemarks and forms of evidence

In what proved a lively discussion, the many issues surrounding standards of evidence were debated. This included questions around the role of the open data agenda and academic journals; problems with interpretation of evidence, and the absorptive capacity of organisations to use evidence.
