Driving social change: how can a longitudinal perspective help the third sector?
Monday 18th of July 2016 Nesta, London 4:00pm - 6:30pm
This roundtable event in partnership with Understanding Society: The UK Household Longitudinal Study examined how a longitudinal perspective could help enhance third sector research, policy and campaigning. The event marked the launch of Understanding Society's research vouchers scheme for the third sector.
The event was an opportunity for charity leaders to
- Better understand the different types of longitudinal analysis and the benefits of using such research evidence.
- Find out about the latest opportunities available through Understanding Society, including the Understanding Society Research Vouchers Scheme.
- Discuss new research ideas and the opportunities or constraints faced in exploiting longitudinal data.
- Karl Wilding, Director of Public Policy and Volunteering, NCVO
